2023 BSO Annual Meeting

You are cordially invited to the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday, June 20 at 7pm. The meeting will be held in person in the atrium at City Hall in the Showers Building, and snacks will be provided. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to provide a State of the Orchestra and for members to vote on new board members.

Voting members include:
- Performing musicians who have participated in at least 50% of full orchestra performances during the 2022-23 season OR at least 30% of full orchestra performances during the 2021-2023 seasons.
- Music managerial personnel
- Individual donors of $25 or more
- Corporate donors of $125 or more
The Annual Meeting is open to the public, but only members as defined above are allowed to vote. Electronic ballots will be sent the week before the meeting in case you cannot attend in person. Contact us with any questions at bso@bloomingtonsymphony.com, and we hope to see you on June 20!
