Would you like to join that choir?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fe48e5de wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"is-style-outline wp-block-button is-style-outline--1\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe1DpnF2dfqDUJOjiBj8_6IOENxqdVoNAtTywSgtwnxsPLFZA\/viewform?usp=dialog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Sign up to join the Beethoven 9 choir<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choir sign up information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choir rehearsals start in April with the following local choirs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">UU Church<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">First Presbyterian Church<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Voces Novae (Monday nights at UU church start April 14)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Bloomington Chamber Singers (Tuesday nights starting April 21)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>If you are already a member of one of those choirs, you do not need to fill out the sign up sheet. If you are not a member of one of these choirs, we ask that you join either Voces Novae or Bloomington Chamber Singers in April for their rehearsals, and fill out <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe1DpnF2dfqDUJOjiBj8_6IOENxqdVoNAtTywSgtwnxsPLFZA\/viewform?usp=dialog\">the above sign up sheet.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Then combined rehearsals are the following times, all at Faith Lutheran Church:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">May 5th (Tue), 7:00pm-9:00pm, at Faith Lutheran Church<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">May 9th (Sat), 7:00pm-9:00pm, at Faith Lutheran Church<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">May 12th (Tue), 7:00pm-8pm, at Faith Lutheran Church w\/orchestra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">May 14th (Thu), 7:00pm-8pm, at Faith Lutheran Church w\/orchestra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Concert is on Saturday May 16, 2026 at IU Musical Arts Center<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">3:00pm &#8211; choir warm-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">4:00pm-6:00pm &#8211; Sound Check with Orchestra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">7:00pm: Performance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On May 16, 2026, the Bloomington Symphony will perform Beethoven&#8217;s 9th Symphony at IU&#8217;s Musical Arts Center, along with a 100-piece community choir.
