SUMMARY:2023 BSO Annual Meeting
DESCRIPTION:You are cordially invited to the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra’s Annual Meeting on Tuesday\, June 20 at 7pm. The meeting will be held in person in the atrium at City Hall in the Showers Building\, and snacks will be provided. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to provide a State of the Orchestra and for members to vote on new board members. \nIf you cannot attend in person\, CLICK HERE to join via zoom\, meeting ID: 811 1012 1469\, passcode: BSO54 \nVoting members include: \n\n\nPerforming musicians who have participated in at least 50% of full orchestra performances during the 2022-23 season OR at least 30% of full orchestra performances during the 2021-2023 seasons.\nMusic managerial personnel\nIndividual donors of $25 or more\nCorporate donors of $125 or more\n\nThe Annual Meeting is open to the public\, but only members as defined above are allowed to vote.
